Our heritage

De Panne rich and fascinating architectural and fishing heritage.

The peaceful Dumontwijk (Dumont district) and the beautiful renovated park remind you of the burgeoning tourism of the twentieth century. You can relax in very many friendly squares with regional artwork. We really recommend visiting the Esplanade with the stately statue of our first king, Leopold I, or gazing out to sea together with Pier Kloeffe who went on trawling expeditions in Icelandic waters. Discover De Panne!
