The room types the hotel has We have two types of rooms. On the one hand, we have standard rooms (with a double bed or 2 separate beds) and, on the other hand, we have family rooms (with a double bed or 2 separate beds and a bunk bed).

You can check in as from 2 p.m.

Each day, our cleaning staff brings guests fresh towels and sheets (every three nights). In addition, the room is also often freshened up.

Are there any rooms with a sea view?

Our hotel does not have rooms with a sea view.

Our hotel does not have any smoking rooms.

The breakfast is served as a buffet. We offer different types of bread and croissants including chocolate ones. We also offer an extensive selection of spreads, cheese and cut meats, hot and cold drinks, granola, breakfast cereals and sweet items.

What initiatives do we undertake to maintain sustainability?

  • Back office: We invest more into digitisation and therefore we use less paper.
  • Gagdets: Our gadgets for goody bags and welcoming gifts are carefully selected while firmly focusing on the environment and sustainability. Examples include reusable drinking bottles, cotton bags, etc.
  • Hotel:
    • Planet 21 program of Accor, we pay yearly to plant trees.
    • Ecological cleaning products by Ecolab
    • Water through a filtermachine, therefore we don’t buy any water, so no waste. For this we use reusable glass bottles.
    • Replacing plastic cups by glass ones in the bathroom
    • Preventing the use of plastic during breakfast
    • Preventing the use of printed matter as much as possible
    • Using single-use packaging as little as possible
    • Waste processing on 4 levels (paper/carton, PMD (plastic, metal and beverage packaging/packs), glass and residual waste)
    • Preventing the use of portion bags as much as possible (for example, separately packaged chocolates)
    • Selection of local products with breakfast, e.g. home-made granola and regional products.
    • Selection of Biolabel Thee and Coffee
    • Selection of bio products and snacks in the boutique.
    • Selection of gimber drinks
    • Dosed shampoo in the shower and handsoap at the sink instead of single use plastics
    • Shower heads with limited flow rate, toilets with a limited flush flow.
    • Collection and use of rainwater.
    • Motion sensors to reduce energy consumption.

The hotel can be found at the start of Zeelaan (shopping street) on the corner with Veurnestraat. At 5 minutes from the market and 7 minutes from the beach.

Are there eateries in the area?

There are various restaurants and bars a short walk from the hotel.

Is it easy to reach the hotel?

– Using the motorway (E40, Adinkerke exit), which is 5 km from the hotel.
– We can also be easily reached if you come by train. You get off at the De Panne – Adinkerke station. Next, take the tram and get off at the “Kerk” (Church) tram stop and you will find the hotel 250 metres further along.

How far is it to the station?

The station can be found at 2 kilometres from the hotel.

Where can I find the closest supermarket?

The closest supermarket is Okay, which is 150 metres away at Kerkstraat.
You will also find other supermarkets at Zeelaan such as Lidl and Carrefour.

Which tourist activities can I find near the hotel?

You will find the Esplanade at 500 metres from the hotel; this is a pedestrian boulevard where you can take a pleasant walk to reach the sea.

The sea can be found at a walking distance of 850 metres from the hotel.

Can I park at the hotel?

We have our own underground car park. This car park is lockable and can only be used by our guests.
You can park for free at Veurnestraat.
There is also a free public car park, “’t Koningsplein”, at 400 metres from the hotel.
Parking at Zeelaan is not free.

How much does it cost to park at the hotel?

Our underground car park costs € 20 per night per car.

Can I reserve a parking place at the hotel?

You cannot reserve a parking place in advance. If you have a specific reason to need a parking place, please contact us in advance.

Where do I find charging points for electric cars?

The nearest charging point is located 80 m from the hotel, in Schuilhavenlaan. You will also find one in the Adinkerkelaan (450 m) and Koninklijke Baan (270 m).

To make a reservation, send an email to H8131@accor.com and include the gift card’s number.

Can I cancel my stay free of charge?

You can, but only if you have made your reservation based on the flexible rate.
If you have selected the non-flexible rate, please contact the hotel.
